Detection Process
Cleaner parts ensure that the surface of the object under test is clean and free of stains to avoid affecting the measurement results, and the image measuring instrument is calibrated according to the standards or reference parts provided by the customer to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
Place the workpiece on the measuring platform, ensure that it is aligned and fixed with the lens of the image measuring instrument, adjust the lens focal length of the measuring instrument, and make the display image of the workpiece in the software clear and accurate.
High-resolution images of the workpiece are captured by the measuring instrument's camera, and the instrument automatically adjusts the focal length and exposure parameters to ensure the best quality images.
The software is used to process the captured images and extract key features such as edges and contours. The measurement tools measure the dimensions, angles, spacing and other parameters of the features extracted from the images, and compare the measurement results with the preset standards or tolerances to determine whether the workpiece meets the requirements.
The software will generate a test report based on the measurement results, including measurement values, images, deviation analysis, etc. The test results can be stored in the database for subsequent analysis and review.
According to the measurement results, the qualified and unqualified workpieces are classified and processed. For the unqualified workpieces, the root cause of the problem is analyzed and the production or processing process is adjusted to ensure the pass rate in the next inspection.
