In recent years, the world economic situation is complicated, as well as the impact of the international financial crisis, trade protection and tariff barriers in some countries are one after another. As a large exporter of fasteners, we have repeatedly suffered anti-dumping shocks in international trade. In particular, since January 30, 2009, the EU anti-dumping final ruling on China's steel fastener products imposed anti-dumping duties of up to 85%, since China's fastener market share in Europe fell sharply from 26% to 0.5%, so that China's fastener enterprises suffered a major setback.

 

Because the case is not a fair and fair treatment, our industry in the Ministry of Commerce, the Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the mechanical and electrical chamber of Commerce with the strong support and help, arguing, rational defense, and finally in January 18, 2016, the WTO released China v. the EU part of the final anti-dumping measures dispute case implementation of the appeal body report.
