Why Can't Anchor Bolts Tilt When Installing?

If the anchor bolt is not installed vertically, the installation coordinates of the bolt will be incorrect, causing certain difficulties in the installation. If the base of the bolt hole is very thick, the installation cannot even be performed. Because the bolt is not vertical, its ability to bear external forces is reduced. Relatively speaking, in the case of stress, the ability of the anchor bolt becomes smaller, and it is easier to be damaged or broken. At the same time, the function of the horizontal component will make the frame rotate in the horizontal direction, so the equipment is not easy to fix.

Sometimes the installed equipment is likely to change position due to this component force before secondary grouting, resulting in rework or quality accidents. At the same time, due to the existence of horizontal force, once the external force is encountered, it is possible to make the equipment that has been aligned error, which is not allowed, so when installing the anchor bolt, it must be installed vertically to avoid the occurrence of tilt.

During the installation process, the corresponding construction records should be made in detail to truly reflect the type, specifications and other contents of the anchor bolts, so as to provide effective technical data for future maintenance and replacement.
