Tensile Tester
In the hardware manufacturing industry, the tensile testing machine is mainly used to evaluate the tensile strength of materials, yield strength, elongation at break and other mechanical properties, can effectively measure the tensile properties of hardware materials, help evaluate the quality and reliability of products, so as to ensure its performance in actual use.

Detection Process
Cut samples to standard dimensions from finished or semi-finished products. The shape and size of the sample should meet the relevant standards to ensure the comparability of test results. The surface of the sample should be smooth and free of obvious defects to prevent influence on the test results.
Before testing, the tension tester is calibrated with a standard load device to ensure measurement accuracy. Check the accuracy of sensors, loading devices and measuring systems to ensure that clamps and attachments are tight and properly installed to avoid slippage or offset during testing.
Parameters such as tensile speed and maximum tensile load are set according to the characteristics and standards of the material. Ensure that the test conditions are consistent with the experimental requirements, start the tensile test, and the test machine will gradually apply tension until the sample breaks or reaches the predetermined maximum load.
The test machine automatically generates tensile curves, records key data such as yield point, maximum tensile strength, breaking point, etc., and analyzes whether the mechanical properties of the material meet the design or quality standards according to the test data. Comparative analysis of different batches of materials can be performed.
Organize test data, write test report, including sample information, test conditions, tensile curves, data analysis and conclusions. Test reports are reviewed to ensure the accuracy of the results and archived for quality control or production adjustments.
Ensure that operators are familiar with the operation procedures of the equipment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid accidents caused by equipment failure or misoperation. Regularly check the safety device of the equipment, such as emergency stop button, limit device, etc., to ensure that it can be stopped quickly in abnormal circumstances.
