 Broach
A high-productivity, high-precision forming tool. Through sequential cutting by multiple teeth, it can complete both roughing and finishing of complex surfaces (such as keyways, spline holes, and irregular holes) in a single stroke.

Gear Hobbing Cutter
Processes spur and helical cylindrical gears based on the generating principle. Resembling a helical gear, its cutting edges are formed on the cylindrical surface, enabling continuous cutting and high productivity.

Gear Shaper Cutter
Used for machining spur gears, helical gears, racks, and more. Its shape resembles a gear, and it cuts tooth profiles through reciprocating and generating motions, making it especially suitable for machining cluster gears and internal gears.

Gear Shaving Cutter
A finishing tool for gears. Used for refining hardened gears before heat treatment, it can correct tooth profile errors and improve surface finish and meshing accuracy.

Form Milling Cutter
The shape of its cutting edge matches the final contour of the workpiece. Used for machining grooves or profiles of specific shapes, such as T-slot cutters and convex radius cutters, enabling one-step forming with high efficiency.

Thread Milling Cutter
An advanced tool for thread machining in modern CNC processing. It processes internal and external threads through tool rotation and helical interpolation, offering advantages such as strong versatility, high precision, and good chip evacuation. It is particularly suitable for large-diameter threads and difficult-to-machine materials like stainless steel.

Parting Tool (Grooving Tool)
Specifically designed for cutting off bar stock or turning annular grooves. It features a narrow, elongated head that requires good rigidity. Parting is a basic lathe operation but demands high requirements for tool grinding, installation, and cutting parameters.

 Slitting Saw
Used for cutting off materials and milling narrow slots. It is relatively thin and comes with coarse teeth (for cutting off) or fine teeth (for slotting). Attention should be paid to its relatively weak rigidity during use, requiring appropriate speed and feed selection.

Combination Tool (Compound Tool)
Integrates multiple machining processes (such as drilling, reaming, and chamfering) into a single tool. Used in CNC machines and automated production lines, it significantly reduces tool change time and improves machining accuracy and efficiency, making it a powerful tool for high-efficiency machining.
